Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) with strong expertise in MongoDB and MySQL to manage, optimize, and ensure the availability and security of our database systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in database administration, performance tuning, backup strategies, and troubleshooting in production environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and maintain MongoDB and MySQL databases in production and non-production environments.
• Perform database performance tuning, query optimization, and capacity planning.
• Implement and manage backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Monitor database health, troubleshoot issues, and provide 24 / 7 support for critical incidents.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery solutions for databases.
• Manage user access control, security policies, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams for schema design, migrations, and deployments.
• Maintain documentation, including runbooks and standard operating procedures.
