We are seeking a ServiceNow Senior Consultant with excellent technical skills. If you are a ServiceNow professional with a proven track record of success in solution design, configuration, and implementation, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain scripts using JavaScript, AngularJS, and ServiceNow scripting
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise applications and third-party tools
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development and ITSM processes

    • Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
  • Strong expertise in any ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and CSM modules.
  • Proficiency in integration workflows and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Experience with ServiceNow administration, customization, and workflow implementation
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and ITSM processes
  • Familiarity with integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer)
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., SecOps, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
