Roles & Responsibilities :
- System Integration : Manage and integrate all organizational systems such as marketing channels, CRM, ticketing systems, telephony, LMS, SAAS platforms.
- Project Management : Conduct market research, gap assessment, requirement analysis, and roadmap building for various projects. Implement process optimization initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Coordination : Serve as the key project coordinator, e ectively liaising with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Vendor Management : Ensure timely delivery, high service quality, and cost-e ectiveness by managing vendor relationships. Conduct performance reviews, negotiate optimal contracts, and implement strategies for streamlined processes and strong partnerships.
- Asset Management : Oversee the management of company assets, ensuring e cient utilization, maintenance, and tracking to maximize value. Implement and maintain robust network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and security across all company locations
- Process Implementation : Develop and implement streamlined processes across various departments to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Automate multiple processes across verticals, reducing the need for additional manpower by leveraging systems.
- Digital Transformation : Lead digital transformation initiatives to modernize and enhance organizational capabilities through advanced technology solutions platforms, such as CRM and to automate processes and improve efficiency.
Who are looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Department, with proven experience in a startup environment.Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related eld.Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with system integration (CRM, telephony, LMS, SAAS platforms, marketing channels).Strong project management skills (market research, gap assessments, requirement analysis, roadmap building).Show more
