Uniqus is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager PMO to drive robust project governance, comprehensive reporting, and seamless coordination for our critical SAP / Oracle implementations. This role is ideal for a professional with expertise in financial implementations and hands-on experience in preparing essential project documentation, ensuring projects adhere to the highest standards of execution and quality.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and oversee SAP / Oracle implementation projects, ensuring strict adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Drive 2-3 financial implementations, working closely and collaboratively with both business and technology teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop, review, and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD) to accurately capture all business and functional requirements.
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and milestones diligently, ensuring full compliance with established governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders to provide regular project updates, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Implement best practices in project tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication to maintain transparency and alignment.
  • Utilize various project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, or similar) for efficient project planning and execution.
  • Ensure strict compliance with PMO methodologies, risk management protocols, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 5-8 years of overall experience, with 3-4 years specifically in a PMO role.
  • Strong expertise in SAP / Oracle implementation projects.
  • Proven experience in successfully driving 2-3 financial implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with the preparation of Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
  • Excellent project governance, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar.
  • PMP / Prince2 certification (preferred but not mandatory).
