Job descriptionClient Delivery : Lead workstreams in client engagements focused on supply chain redesign, logistics optimization, procurement transformation, and working capital improvement. Solution Design : Develop tailored operational strategies, build process maps, and implement technology solutions (e. , S&OP, WMS, ERP modules) to resolve complex client challenges. Business Development : Support practice leadership in developing proposals, estimating project effort, and expanding the firm's footprint in the Operations practice. Team Leadership : Manage, coach, and develop a team of Analysts and Consultants on project engagements, ensuring high-quality MBA (Operations / Supply Chain) or equivalent qualification from a top B-School. 6-10 years of experience, with a significant portion in Operations Consulting or a senior-level industry role (e. , S&OP Manager, Head of Logistics). Deep functional knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma, digital supply chain tools, and process improvement methodologies. Willingness to undertake extensive domestic and international travel as per project requirements
