Job description

We’re building the future of smart buildings, digital twins, and workplace experiences - and we’re looking for a  skilled Mobile App Developer  who loves creating high-performance, modern, elegant applications. If you enjoy solving real-world problems at scale and want to work on products that impact thousands of users across global enterprises, this role is for you.

What You’ll Work On

You’ll play a key role in developing, optimizing, and maintaining our mobile applications, used by enterprises across India, the Middle East, UK, and beyond. From building complex UI flows to ensuring high availability, secure data handling, and seamless integrations - you will shape the next generation of our apps.

Technical Requirements

We are looking for someone with :

Core Expertise

  • 4+ years of hands-on mobile app development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ES6+ .
  • Deep experience with  React ,  React Native ,  Redux , and core architecture principles.
  • Experience with  secure data storage  (Keychain, Keystore).
  • Familiarity with  modern front-end pipelines  and tooling.

Backend & Integrations

  • Strong experience with  WebSockets ,  RESTful APIs , and  asynchronous programming .
  • Skilled in  push notifications , including background / foreground handling and multiple notification types.
  • Comfortable integrating  third-party libraries, SDKs, and mobile tools .

    • UI / UX Excellence

  • Proven ability to build and optimize  complex, responsive, accessible  mobile UI / UX.
  • Ability to manage  dynamic layouts , animations, and multi-layered navigational flows.
  • Experience resolving  performance bottlenecks  and optimizing large-scale applications.

    • Nice to Have

  • Exposure to  native development  (preferably Kotlin).
  • Familiarity with  Android Studio , native build tools, and debugging workflows.
  • Experience with  CI / CD pipelines  and version control using  Git .
