Job description

Organization : Khushal Foundation (NGO)

Location : Remote / Flexible

Compensation : Commission-Based (Attractive commission per closed sponsorship deal)

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and approach potential sponsors, brands, and corporate partners for event sponsorships and collaborations.
Develop sponsorship proposals and pitch decks tailored to brand objectives.
Negotiate and close sponsorship agreements aligned with event goals and budgets.
Maintain strong relationships with sponsors, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction before, during, and after events.
Work closely with the event management team to ensure sponsor deliverables are met.
Track and report sales performance and sponsorship revenue.
