Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate - Controllership

In this role you will be responsible for all controllership activities of P2P for Global Regions

Your role will be expected to manage the P2P activities & drive process improvements in P2P process and account reconciliation activities.

Responsibilities

Monitoring & keeping a tight control over the daily / monthly dashboard.

Getting the clarifications resolved from vendors & internal stakeholders by writing Emails / taking calls (in English) with them.

Resolve & work on escalations from vendors & internal stakeholders.

Have end to end Accounts Payable knowledge including account reconciliations.

Resources having knowledge of T&E process will be preferred.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications.

Chartered Accountant Fresher / experience in P2P T&E & Account reconciliations with good oral and writing skills (in English)

Sound knowledge of accounting and applicable laws

Good exposure of MS Office.

Reconciliations and reporting

Preparation and understanding of final accounts and schedules for corporates.

Analytics on Big Data

Preferred qualification

Fresher or having experience in P2P T&E & Account reconciliations Chartered accountant with good understanding of MS office (Excel power point word)

Degree / certificate in Data Mining

Audit experience of Medium / Big Corporates
