Informatica Power Center Engineer - ETL

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide day-to-day support for ETL batch processes using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Monitor and manage ETL workflows and batch jobs to ensure successful execution.
• Troubleshoot batch failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement timely resolutions.
• Conduct impact analysis for batch failures and proposed changes.
• Perform batch recovery and restart failed jobs to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with development and operations teams to resolve issues and optimize batch processes.
• Work with job scheduling tools such as Autosys, TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler), or Control-M for effective batch scheduling and monitoring.
• Maintain detailed documentation for batch processes, incidents, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve batch processing reliability and Skills & Qualifications :
• 4+ years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter ETL support and batch processing.
• Strong experience in batch monitoring, troubleshooting, impact analysis, and recovery.
• Proficient in working with job schedulers such as Autosys, TWS, or Control-M.
• Good understanding of ETL workflows, data pipelines, and related processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
