We empower students and professionals with hands-on, future-ready biomedical skills to thrive in healthcare, research, and medical technology sectors. We support students placements to these students within Cyrix and other healthcare institutions.

About the Role :

We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate Academic Counsellor / Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines student counselling, sales, and strategic partnership development with educational institutions.

You will play a key role in guiding students toward the right biomedical training programs and also expand Cyrix Academy’s footprint by forming alliances with colleges, universities, and technical institutes.

Responsibilities :

Academic Counselling & Sales :

  • Engage with prospective students to explain course offerings and career outcomes.
  • Understand student aspirations and recommend suitable biomedical skill programs.
  • Convert leads from various platforms (calls, social media, webinars, etc.) into enrollments.
  • Follow up with potential candidates and manage the CRM database.
  • Achieve targets for the Academy.

Partnership Development :

  • Build and nurture relationships with universities, colleges, and academic institutions.
  • Pitch collaborative opportunities like :
  • o Student exchange programs

    o Setting up Cyrix technical labs in partner campuses

    o Guest lectures, workshops, and faculty training programs

  • Represent Cyrix Academy at educational events, expos, and partnership meetings.
  • Qualifications & Skills

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Biomedical / Science / Engineering / Business preferred)

    3 –4 years of experience in academic counselling, edutech sales, or institutional partnerships.

    Excellent communication, interpersonal and

    presentation skills.

    Passion for education in healthcare / biomedical domains

    Self driven with ability to work independently and in a team.

    Willing to travel

    CRM or sales tool experience is a plus.
