The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations, managing a team, meeting sales targets, building and maintaining customer, architects, builders, facade consultant’s relationships, developing sales strategies, and providing excellent customer service. This role is primarily located in Chennai with the flexibility to work remotely.Required Skill’sSales and Business DevelopmentSound knowledge in aluminum doors and windows, Architectural / Decorative glassesKnowledge of interior design industryGood relationship with Architects, Builders, Owners, Contractors and Facade ConsultantsProven track record of meeting sales targetsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong leadership and management skillsCustomer-centric approachAbility to work independently and remotelyExperience in the construction or building materials industry is a plus
