About the Role :
We are looking for a highly creative, organized, and kid-brand-savvy Social Media Manager to own and elevate the digital presence of our Elite Kids vertical across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You will manage high-end kids’ talent accounts, drive parent / brand coordination, ideate UGC & EGC content, and provide art direction at runway shows and shoots. Key Responsibilities are as follows :
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Own and grow Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn for Juniors Fashion Week brands.
- Plan, schedule, and publish daily stories, reels, posts, carousels, long-form videos, and professional updates.
- Manage content calendar, trends, hashtags, and community engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report performance (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions).
Elite Kids Talent Account Management
Manage individual social media handles of our portfolio kids (Instagram + YouTube).Daily coordination with parents for approvals, scheduling shoots, and content ideas.Liaise with luxury brands for collaborations, gifting, and paid campaigns.Ensure brand safety, child-friendly content guidelines, and legal compliance at all times.UGC & EGC Content Creation
Conceptualize and script Reels, YouTube vlogs, behind-the-scenes, parent testimonials, and runway transformation videos.Ideate fresh, viral-worthy concepts every week that resonate with affluent parents and luxury brands.Shoot and direct simple phone / content camera videos when required.Coordination with employees and make videos and content for social mediaArt Direction & On-Ground Execution
Provide creative direction and art supervision during runway shows, photoshoots, and brand campaigns.Work closely with the event team, photographers, videographers, and creative agency for cohesive aesthetics.Ensure on-ground content (backstage Reels, stories, highlights) is captured and posted real-time.Act as the bridge between parents, brands, event team, and internal creative team.Negotiate and execute brand integrations, sponsored posts, and ambassador programs.
