Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Mumbai, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and executing sales strategies. The individual will also be responsible for overseeing sales management activities to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Experience in the business solutions industry is a plus (Hospitality, Banking, E-commerce)
