About Us Done Mortgage is a fast-growing mortgage brokerage in Canada, building innovative tools and digital solutions to transform the way our clients and agents work. We’re looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with expertise in Python and strong knowledge of software testing . Additional understanding of C++ will be considered a plus.

Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer at Done Mortgage, you will :

Lead the development of secure, responsive front-end applications .
Implement strong cybersecurity practices across systems and applications.
Design and maintain backend components to ensure smooth integration.
Collaborate with management to translate requirements into functional, secure solutions.
Contribute to building high-quality applications with proper testing and documentation.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain front-end interfaces (React, Angular, or Vue) with a focus on user experience and security .

Implement cybersecurity measures including data protection, authentication, and secure coding practices .

Develop backend APIs and database logic to support front-end functionality.

Ensure applications are scalable, reliable, and compliant with data security standards.

Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.

Create and maintain testing frameworks (unit, integration, and security testing).

Continuously improve systems in collaboration with management and technical teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2–3 years’ experience in Full Stack Development.

Strong expertise in front-end technologies (React, Angular, or Vue).

Knowledge and practical understanding of Cybersecurity frameworks, secure coding, and penetration testing basics .

Backend development experience with Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI) .

Database experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB).

Familiarity with testing frameworks (Pytest, Unittest, Selenium).

Additional experience in C++ is considered an asset.

Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Availability for immediate joining preferred.
