- Supervising Maintenance Operations : One of the primary responsibilities of an Assistant Manager – Maintenance (Mechanical) is to oversee the maintenance activities for all mechanical equipment and systems. This includes developing maintenance schedules, coordinating with maintenance technicians, and ensuring that all equipment is running at optimal efficiency.
