Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with strong analytical capabilities and expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling? Here’s an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and work closely with global stakeholders across India & the US.

🔹 Position : Financial Analyst

🔹 Location : New Delhi

🔹 Experience : Relevant financial planning & analysis experience

🔐 Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare yearly budgets, mid-year and monthly forecasts for all P&L line items
• Monthly MIS reporting and variance analysis against budget / forecast
• Review revenue & expense items and analyse cash-flow impact for effective working capital management
• Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accuracy in reporting
• Partner with cross-functional teams (India & US) for pricing, estimates, cost control & revenue maximization
• Lead long-range business planning with multiple sub-functions
• Develop and manage entity-level rates, CAPEX, and P&L controls
• Support leadership teams with timely insights and reports
• Continuously improve reporting dashboards
• Act as backup for team members when required

🧠 Skills & Qualifications Required :

🔸 Experience / understanding of contractual accounting (added advantage)

🔸 Hands-on experience with ERP tools like SAP & BI platforms

🔸 Strong financial analytics, Macros / VBA, MS Access, Power BI & Tableau (preferred)

🔸 Excellent presentation & communication skills

🔸 Advanced MS Excel & MS PowerPoint skills

🔸 Ability to multitask, meet deadlines & perform under pressure

🔸 Strong business acumen & continuous improvement mindset

🔸 Team player comfortable working in a multicultural environment
