This freelance, remote position is ideal for candidates with strong management and strategic skills who want to make an international impact.Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns with budgets of USD 50,000 – 100,000 / month.- Develop and execute performance-driven strategies to maximize ROI and cost efficiency.- Conduct A / B testing, optimize bidding strategies, targeting, and creatives.- Analyze campaign data, provide strategic insights, and implement improvements.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (media, content, technical) to drive higher conversions.Requirements- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display).- Proven leadership skills in delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and guiding team members.- Strong expertise in performance marketing, GA4, GTM, and funnel optimization.- Preferred : Experience managing international campaigns or working in an agency environment.- Analytical and strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.This is a rare opportunity to lead large-scale campaigns and build a career with global impact.
