Key responsibilities :
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner companies, industry professionals and recruiters to identify placement opportunities for learners.
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including stakeholders, career counselors and program managers, to understand the requirements and expectations for placements.
3. Assess students' or learners' skills, interests, and career goals to align them with suitable placement opportunities.
4. Coordinate and facilitate the application processes for students, including resume / CV reviews, interview preparation, and portfolio development.
5. Conduct regular check-ins with students during their placement period to ensure a positive experience and address any concerns or challenges.
6. Monitor and evaluate the progress and performance of student during their placements, and provide feedback.
