About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Security Expert / Engineer to support our enterprise customers in strengthening their Microsoft security posture.

This is a client-facing role, requiring both strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft security solutions, while engaging directly with customers to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, providing guidance and hands-on support for Microsoft security solutions.
• Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Defender XDR and Microsoft Hybrid Identity solutions.
• Engage directly with customer IT and security teams to assess needs, design solutions, and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Deliver workshops, technical presentations, and solution demonstrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
