Job descriptionConduct telecalling with new and existing clients to explore business opportunities. Support the team in setting up appointments and nurturing leads. Assist with client registration, documentation, and maintaining client records efficiently. Assist in organizing and coordinating webinars, seminars, and client events. Ensure smooth logistics, follow-up communications, and participant engagement. Complete training will be provided for all required tools and workflows. Exposure to real-world financial advisory practices and digital marketing strategies. Working Days : Monday to Saturday Working Hours : 10 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM Notice Period : 1 month Failing to serve the notice period will result in deduction of one month’s salary . Leave Policy : All leaves must be informed and approved in advance , except in case of emergencies. Unapproved leaves , especially adjacent to weekends, will attract salary deductions . Medical leave must be supported by a valid doctor’s certificate . Rs. 8,000 / - per month with incentives Candidates with basic digital & communication skills. Interest in financial advisory and content creation. Familiarity with Canva, basic video editing, and social platforms is a plus. (Training will be provided.)
Role Overview :
We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Executive to join My Niveshak . This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about digital marketing, client engagement, and administrative support. The selected candidate will play a key role in enhancing our social media presence, assisting in business development activities, and ensuring smooth operational support for webinars, seminars, and client registrations.
