Position : QA / QC Officer

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform quality control

checks and generate QC reports for incoming and outgoing products to ensure that they meet quality and safety standards in accordance to Organizational Standards.

Perform and oversee the test and inspection for incoming raw materials to ensure consistent quality and for product improvement.

Thorough knowledge of titrations, Karl Fisher Analysis and QC analysis of RMs, PMs. Intermediate products and finished goods.

Well versed with regulatory requirements (i.e. Weight & Measures, etc).

Provide technical and quality related assistance to the manufacturing units, assist stores department in stock and inventory management.

Perform regular internal and external product quality control and monitor their quality so as to provide timely feedback to category / supplier for improvement.

Compile / archive QC report related documents.

Assist to maintain, source and purchase QC equipment and consumables when required.

Assist in product development or product improvement sensory evaluation preparations when required.

Assist sales or other departments with product specification, certification and quality related document requests.

Maintain HACCP & ISO Documentations and records.

Oversee the all processes pertaining to the QA, QC & Food Safety requirements.

Thorough & Sound knowledge of FBD, Dry blending and Jars / Sachets / Tins packing is an added advantage.

Other works assigned by the management.

Remuneration : No Bar for Right Candidate.

Education : B. Sc. / M. Sc. in Chemistry / B. Tech. in Food Tech.

Experience : 0-2 Years

Only Preferred From Similar Industry.
