Capital Markets Lawyer | 3+ Years PQE | Delhi

We are hiring on behalf of a leading full-service law firm for their Capital Markets practice in Delhi.

Role :

  • Work on equity & debt offerings – IPOs, QIPs, rights issues, bonds, etc.
  • Draft / review offer documents & liaise with SEBI, stock exchanges & regulators.
  • Support execution of high-profile domestic & cross-border transactions.

Requirements :

  • LL.B. from a reputed institution.
  • 3+ years PQE in capital markets with a law firm.
  • Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations & securities laws.
  • Excellent drafting & communication skills.
