Vfx Paint Lead

Position Overview

• Leading a team of artists and being responsible for the quality check of the team’s output
• Liaising with production to help ensure an efficient schedule and distribution of work
• Working with the paint supervisor to prepare briefs and ensure quality
• Using patches and frame-by-frame painting techniques to remove rigs and tracking markers
• De-graining plates to be used for paint and compositing
• Bidding the duration required for the various Paint tasks on a show
• Learning and developing specific Folks VFX pipeline and workflows
