What You’ll Do

Coach, mentor & enhance communication and soft skills of frontline employees.

Conduct regular voice & accent training sessions for new hires and existing teams.

Identify communication gaps through call audits and provide constructive feedback.

Drive performance improvement through floor support and refresher sessions.

Collaborate with Ops & Quality teams to improve customer experience delivery.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience as Voice Coach / V&A Trainer / Soft Skills Coach in BPO (International process preferred)

Strong command over spoken English & excellent presentation skills

Experience in call monitoring, feedback sessions & coaching methodology

Willing to work from office (Gurgaon) in rotational shifts
