Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram. The Operations Manager will oversee daily logistics operations, including staff management, coordinating shipments, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards. The Operations Manager will work closely with other departments to streamline processes, optimize resources, and enhance operational efficiency.
