Job Description : Manager - Quality Assurance Analyst
Location : Chennai
Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Analyst with expertise in Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) to join our QA team. In this role, you will be responsible for validating system functionality, identifying bugs, and ensuring seamless performance of Manhattan Active WMS solutions. You’ll work closely with product owners, developers, and business analysts to test enhancements, integrations, and custom configurations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Manhattan Active WM applications.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with system capabilities.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Validate system configurations, interfaces, and customizations in Manhattan Active WM.
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end testing of warehouse processes such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management, etc.
- Work closely with developers and support teams to log, track, and retest defects using JIRA tool.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Assist in automation strategy for MAWM testing (if applicable).
- Ensure test environments are correctly set up, and test data is prepared.
- Document and report test results, QA metrics, and quality risks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must have 3+ years of Manhattan WMS Experience along with at least 1 or 2 years in implementation experience of Manhattan Active.Strong understanding of supply chain and warehouse processes (retail, ecommerce, and wholesale distribution).Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.G., JIRA ).Knowledge of SQL / API for data validation and backend testing.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
