Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage front office operations including check-in, check-out, and reservations.
  • Ensure a seamless guest experience through proactive service and efficient issue resolution.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to achieve performance and service standards.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance departments for smooth operations.
  • Maintain accuracy in billing, night audit reports, and daily operational documentation.
  • Monitor occupancy, room revenue, and key hotel performance indicators (ARR, ADR, RevPAR).
  • Enforce SOPs, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and conduct routine audits.
  • Act as the primary in-charge during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and professional operations.
