About the Role :
We’re hiring our first Sales Executive to drive revenue, build relationships with HR leaders, founders, and staffing partners, and help shape our sales processes. You’ll manage end-to-end sales cycles — prospecting, pitching, demos, and closing.
What You’ll Own
- Develop, manage, and grow a pipeline of HR leaders, business owners, staffing firms, and healthcare / IT services employers.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle : prospecting → pitching → demos → negotiations → closing.
- Execute outbound outreach (email, , field visits, events) and convert inbound leads.
- Collect customer insights and feedback to influence product direction and GTM strategy.
- Setup and Maintain CRM accuracy, pipeline forecasts, and structured reporting.
- Represent ServdYou at events, HR communities, and partner meetings.
- Help define scalable sales processes, playbooks, pricing strategies, and messaging.
What We’re Looking For
