Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Car Loan Manager to oversee and drive the disbursement of new car loans through dealership and direct channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing dealer relationships, leading the sales team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and achieving loan volume targets in their assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Loan Sales & Target Achievement :
- Drive new car loan disbursement in line with organizational goals.
- Monitor and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Channel Management :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with car dealerships, DSA (Direct Selling Agents), and other channel partners.
- Ensure seamless coordination for lead generation and loan processing.
- Customer Handling :
- Oversee end-to-end customer journey – from application to disbursement.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and quick resolution of issues.
- Team Leadership :
- Manage a team of sales officers / executives.
- Provide training, motivation, and performance evaluations.
- Process & Compliance :
- Ensure adherence to internal credit policy, risk guidelines, and RBI regulations.
- Collaborate with credit and operations teams for timely processing and disbursements.
- Market Intelligence :
- Analyze competitor offerings, market trends, and pricing to adjust strategies.
- Recommend new products or enhancements based on customer and dealer feedback.
RequirementsQualifications
Education : Any bachelor's degreeExperience : 4–7 years in auto loans or retail lending, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.Knowledge : Strong understanding of vehicle financing, credit policies, and loan processing.Skills :Excellent negotiation and relationship management.Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Proficient in MS Office and loan management systems.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
