Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, developing recruitment strategies, and building talent pipelines. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, managing candidate experience during the hiring process, and maintaining applicant tracking systems. The Recruiter will play a vital role in aligning talent acquisition efforts with organizational goals and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Experience in recruitment workflows, talent pipeline management, and applicant tracking systems
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Understanding of workforce planning and recruitment strategies
• Knowledge of hiring best practices and employment laws
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a recruitment role, ideally in a consulting or agency environment
