Job Description for Copywriter :

Key Responsibilities –

1.    Understand healing technique(s)

2.    Understand the event / project / workshop / training for which content is to be created – deliverables, benefits, costs, positioning, pricing, target audience, etc

3.    To write marketing, sales and engaging content for :

a.    Social media posts and ads

b.    Graphics (videos and images)

c.    Emails – sales and information driven

d.    Website pages including blogs

e.    Call notes

f.     WhatsApp and Telegram posts

g.    Lead magnets (PDFs mostly)

h.    Live calls (ppts, images)

4.    Attend live calls

5.    Live tweets, posts on social media, chat groups / communities

6.    Collaborate with designers

7.    Coordinate with teams, partners, healers, others

8.    Make and edit call notes and proof-read content

9.    Create ideas and content for lead magnets

10. Create concepts for editing audios, videos – covert formats where necessary

11. Track social media performance and trends

12. Perform content and other operational tasks (sending emails, maintaining lists, check and respond to customer service questions) – need based only

13. Ideate and implement new ideas for marketing and engaging with customers

Skills required –

1.    Great communication skills (English – reading, writing)

2.    Good understanding of online customer behaviour

3.    Good understanding of social media marketing

4.    Good understanding of email marketing

5.    Able to articulate clearly

6.    Gift of gab, humour, presence of mind

7.    Ability to meet deadlines

8.    Organisation skills and ability to manage multiple projects, tasks

9.    Search engine optimization skills (good to have)

10. Some understanding and experience of alternate and traditional form of healing will be an added benefit

11. MUST HAVE – loves using AI

Experience – 2-4 years

Location – Hybrid (from office in Goregaon, Mumbai and Work-from-home)
