PURPOSE
To lead end-to-end event programming, show curation, and experiential concept design for our units, delivering innovative and memorable experiences that strengthen member engagement. This role requires expertise in artist selection, conceptual innovation, sponsorship alignment, budgeting, and execution oversight while ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Drive Operational ExcellenceLead programming and curation of shows, lifestyle events, and thematic concepts.Ensure property-specific differentiation for : Ultra-HNI audiences, big-ticket annual events, marquee nights, and exclusive yearly programming.Lifestyle-driven, innovative associations, partnerships, and brand integrations to amplify experiences.Maintain high standards of execution, aligning events with member expectations and brand positioning.Applied LearningStay updated on the latest artists, shows, and emerging homegrown talent in India.Research global trends to introduce experiential formats beyond traditional artist-led events.Profile audiences and recommend concepts that balance engagement with financial sustainabilityPeople ManagementLead, mentor, and guide the on-ground events team to deliver excellence in programming and execution.Oversee on-ground coordination across teams including F&B, security, and operations.Build and sustain a culture of creativity, accountability, and discipline.Business & Financial AcumenPrepare and oversee event budgets covering artist, production, and operational costs.Monitor expenses, negotiate contracts, and drive cost optimization without compromising quality.Align with the sponsorship team to maximize revenue opportunities through brand tie-ups and integrations.LeadershipAct as the key events leader for Golf and Camellia, representing the function in cross-departmental forums.Build and sustain strong relationships with artists, agencies, sponsors, and venue stakeholders.Drive central coordination with marketing, operations, and compliance teams to maintain organizational standards.Compliance & GovernanceEnsure timely approvals, contracts, and event documentation in line with internal guidelines.Maintain compliance with organizational policies and statutory regulations.Uphold transparency in budgeting, sponsorship reporting, and vendor agreements.Occupational Health & Safety ResponsibilitiesEnsure safe practices during stage setup, technical operations, and guest handling.Enforce vendor compliance with safety and risk protocols.Report and resolve any incidents related to guest safety, workplace hazards, or operational risks.JOB REQUIREMENTS / HIRING PROFILE
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management / Hospitality / Business / Mass Communication.MBA in Event Management / Marketing preferred.WORK EXPERIENCE
7–10 years of progressive experience in event programming and curation.Proven expertise in artist management, sponsorship tie-ups, and high-value event execution.Prior experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment industries preferred.
