Job description

Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy content writer to join our editorial team.

The role involves creating authentic, original, and plagiarism-free content covering a wide range of technology sectors — including artificial intelligence, telecom, broadcast, fintech, startups, IoT, metaverse, robotics , and other high-interest consumer technology trends .

You will be contributing to Convergence India — India’s leading technology and infrastructure expo driving digital innovation across telecom, media, IT, and smart solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and write authentic and un-plagiarised articles and news pieces, and features on tech, innovation, and industry trends.
  • Research and stay updated on sector news and ensure timely coverage of key developments across.
  • Edit and proofread content to maintain accuracy, tone, and readability.
  • Ensure content is SEO-friendly, well-structured, and properly formatted.
  • Maintain high editorial standards and cite credible sources.
  • Use CMS to upload and publish content on schedule.
  • Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to align content with brand goals and event promotions.

Preferred Skills

  • Proven experience covering technology and digital innovation topics.
  • Knowledge of AP style or other journalistic writing standards.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and strategies for content promotion.

    • Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in journalism, content writing, or digital media .
  • Strong writing, editing, and research skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in WordPress or similar CMS platforms .
  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal) .
  • Understanding of SEO principles and online audience engagement.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
