Generative AI Engineer

Job Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Generative AI Developer with strong hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and scaling AI / ML and GenAI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of GCP-based AI services, production-grade AI development, and modern agent-based frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

Build end-to-end Generative AI applications , including RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, embeddings, and fine-tuning

Develop and deploy production-ready AI / ML and GenAI solutions

Work with structured and unstructured data for creating advanced RAG-based systems

Build applications using Google Agent Space, Google ADK, Vertex AI, Agent Engine

Utilize AI / ML tools like Vertex AI Vector Search, Gemini, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL

Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK, CrewAI

Develop backend components using Python , Flask , and FastAPI

Apply NLP, deep learning, and TensorFlow techniques for AI model development

Integrate APIs, automate testing, and follow strong software engineering practices.

Required Skills :

• 3–8 years of experience in AI / ML , including at least 2+ years in GenAI
• Strong expertise in Python , Flask, FastAPI
• Hands-on experience with GCP AI services , especially Vertex AI
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI concepts, RAG, embeddings, fine-tuning
• Experience with agent frameworks – LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK, CrewAI
• Expertise in NLP, Deep Learning, TensorFlow
• Experience handling large-scale data and AI search services.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Strong understanding of software engineering principles

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
