To accelerate our next phase of growth, we are looking for a VP of Sales – a dynamic, hands-on leader who thrives on building and closing new business, scaling teams, and delivering results in the IT services space.
Role Overview :
As VP of Sales , you will be responsible for building and executing our outbound sales engine, generating new pipeline, and winning large IT services deals across global markets. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving net new business , setting up scalable sales processes, and building a winning team.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Hunting & Pipeline Generation
Drive outbound-led sales strategy across India, US, UK, and APAC markets
Identify, qualify, and close mid-to-large-scale IT services opportunities
Leverage ABM, cold outreach, LinkedIn, email, and other outbound strategies to build a robust funnel
Sales Team Building & Leadership
Hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales and SDR team in India
Create a strong sales culture centered around ownership, accountability, and performance
Set KPIs, run regular sales reviews, and drive consistent execution
Sales Operations & GTM
Build and optimize sales playbooks, cadences, CRM workflows, and reporting processes
Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, delivery, and leadership to align on GTM efforts
Create and run region / vertical-specific sales campaigns to open new logos
Client Engagement & Deal Closure
Engage directly with C-level executives and decision-makers to shape opportunities
Own and close large pursuits – from pitch to pricing to final negotiation
Represent the company at industry events, roadshows, and prospect meetings (virtual & in-person)
Requirements :
15+ years of experience in IT services sales , with a proven track record of hunting and closing large deals
Strong understanding of digital engineering, app modernization, cloud, data, and enterprise services
Demonstrated ability to build and scale outbound sales functions from scratch
Deep familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot / CRM), prospecting best practices, and modern lead-gen techniques
Prior experience in a fast-paced, growth-stage IT services or digital consulting firm
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
Self-driven, hands-on, and outcome-oriented mindset
Preferred :
Exposure to global markets, particularly North America and Europe
Experience with building partner / BD ecosystems
Tech background or engineering degree is a plus
