Senior UI / UX Designer

Must Have Skills : -

• Proficiency in the wireframe tools like Figma and / or XD
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Must be proficient in HTML5, and CSS3 and should be good in Javascript
• Team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Excellent understanding of corporate standards on fonts, colours, images, and branding
• Must have a high degree of creativity, empathy, passion, and problem-solving ability
• Must be able to pay immense attention to details.

Should have Skills : -

• The ability to present design ideas with clarity and passion and to receive feedback with open-mindedness
• Ability to lead and support discovery of the project lifecycle, including workshops, user and stakeholder interviews, analytics, audits and benchmarking
• Should have business know-how of key domains like BFSI, HealthTech, and AgriTech and must have the ability to learn quickly.
• Should have familiarity with other areas of user experience, including information architecture, interaction design, visual design, etc.
• Should be able to Present on UX topics and lead the organisation on the UX decisions.
