Ideation and discussion with Talent team and business on various talent management projects. Stakeholder management and employee connects Reports / Dashboard, Monthly stakeholder connects Attrition Analysis - Intervention through employee ratings / chances of probable hike / need for retention / identifying suitable role / location etc. Exit Interviews analysis Drive Annual Performance Assessment process for the functions Chance to work on key talent projects across APAC & other Liberty Markets
