Partnerships : Flam will expand its partner program for creative studios and global platforms, enabling Fortune 500 brands to move from pilot to rapid global roll-out.

About the role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Compositor cum Motion Designer who can lead complex compositing tasks, craft high-impact visuals, and elevate video output with cinematic motion design. You will be the go-to expert for combining CG, live-action, MR elements, and VFX layers into seamless, polished final frames. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on technical precision, visual storytelling, and pushing creative boundaries.

What you will do

• Execute complex compositing for films, commercials, MR assets, and high-end visual content.
• Integrate live-action footage, 3D renders, CG passes, green-screen keys , roto, tracking, cleanup, and matte painting elements.
• Ensure realistic lighting, shadows, reflections, and depth to create photoreal composites.
• Work with multi-layered EXRs, render passes, and multi-software pipelines.
• Manage color matching, grain, blending, and shot continuity across sequences.
• Collaborate with 3D, motion, and post teams to achieve seamless integration.
