Role : Senior Account Manager - Net New Business

Experience : 12 to 15 years

Location : Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad

Job Description : Role Overview :

We are expanding our Digital Transformation business and looking for a Senior Account Manager - Net New Business to drive enterprise growth across key markets. This role requires strong hunting capabilities, deep understanding of enterprise customers, and the ability to drive end-to-end sales cycles in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise customer acquisition.
  • Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain a strong and predictable sales pipeline.
  • Create strong value propositions and align solutions to customer business objectives.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Manage and grow existing enterprise accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, delivery, marketing, and product teams for seamless execution.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM records.

What We're Looking For :

  • 12 to 15 years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales.
  • Proven success in hunting and new business acquisition.
  • Strong background in solution selling across IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Security, or Managed Services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales execution.
  • Strong analytical thinking and business acumen.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior experience managing enterprise accounts or strategic deals within IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, or Managed Services.
