Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Python developers, ensuring technical excellence and growth.
• Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems using Python frameworks.
• Oversee deployments, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in Linux environments.
• Manage application deployment, scaling, and monitoring on Kubernetes clusters.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud teams to ensure system reliability and high availability.
• Establish and enforce best practices in coding, architecture, and security.
