Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong Avaloq Core Banking expertise to support transformation initiatives within Global Wealth Management . The role requires functional BA experience, deep understanding of Avaloq modules, and strong exposure to global banking processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as a Functional Business Analyst on the Avaloq Core Banking platform .
• Lead requirement gathering sessions with global wealth management stakeholders.
• Convert business needs into functional specifications, BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows .
• Support implementation of digital transformation and modernization initiatives within wealth platforms.
• Collaborate with IT, product, architecture, data, and testing teams for successful delivery.
• Work in Agile environments , using Jira, Confluence, Scrum ceremonies , and iterative delivery frameworks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to ensure requirement clarity and smooth execution.
• Conduct impact analysis, gap assessments, functional validations, and support UAT.
• Support regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements for global wealth platforms.
• Provide clear communication and status updates to business, technology, and senior stakeholders.
