About the Role

The Senior Civil Engineer will lead the day-to-day delivery of civil and structural designs for renewable energy and allied infrastructure projects. This role requires strong technical execution, project coordination, and the ability to mentor junior engineers while ensuring high-quality outputs aligned with client and regulatory requirements.

Reports To : Practice Lead (with technical guidance from External Civil / Structural Expert)

Key Responsibilities

Design & Engineering

• Develop and review civil, structural, geotechnical, and hydrology designs for renewable energy projects (solar PV, wind, substations, BESS, and green hydrogen facilities).
• Prepare site development layouts, grading, drainage, and foundation engineering packages.
• Ensure designs comply with IS codes, Eurocodes, AISC, ASCE, and lender / client specifications.
• Validate soil and geotechnical data to optimize foundation and structural systems.
• Review design drawings, calculations, and reports to maintain accuracy and consistency.
