We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR professional to lead our people operations function.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of employee data, performance, and training
- Conduct performance management cycles, appraisals, and provide coaching and development opportunities
- Develop and implement company-wide policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Lead employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results through strategic HR initiatives
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced environmentStrong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practicesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsAbility to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
