Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent knowledge of product life cycle and software development life cycles

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrate a high level of flexibility and adaptive to different manufacturing environment

Strong customer orientation skills, proactive and provide prompt troubleshooting to address production escalation.

Ability to interface with customers and / or stakeholders from remote sites

Experience in managing external suppliers to deliver specified software products
