Content Writer – Cross Identity
Position Overview
Cross Identity is seeking a passionate and creative Content Writer to join our dynamic Marketing team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role designed for a skilled communicator who thrives on storytelling, clarity, and crafting engaging B2B content that educates, converts, and elevates our brand.
If you have 2+ years of experience in content writing within B2B companies — ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity — and a background in business or language studies, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development & Strategy
- Write compelling, high-quality content including blogs, case studies, website copy, email campaigns, social media content, and whitepapers.
- Align content with the buyer journey to attract, engage, and convert leads through SEO-optimized and persona-driven messaging.
- Support product launches, feature announcements, and integrated campaigns with targeted content deliverables.
Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with product marketing, design, and demand generation teams to ensure messaging consistency and impact.Translate complex technical topics into accessible language for business decision-makers and end users.Follow brand guidelines, tone, and voice across all content formats.Ideal Candidate Profile
Background
English as a first language is essentialEducation
Bachelor’s degree in BBA, or BA (English Language or Communication) is strongly preferred.Experience
3–5 years of business content writing experience2+ years must be B2B or SaaS (B2C or B2B)Prior experience in the B2B SaaS, technology, or cybersecurity industry is highly preferred.A portfolio which showcases high-quality long-form and short-form content will help considerably. Must be company-published with your name on the articles. In the absence of which, a written assignment might be mandated, along with a sample SAT-level English exam.Skills & Attributes
