SAP Licensing Expertise :

Apply 3-5 years of experience in SAP licensing concepts and architecture to support effective license management.

License Management Tools :

Utilize SAP license management tools such as USMM, SLAW, LMBI, HANA Cockpit, and HANA Studio for license monitoring and compliance.

Contract & Compliance :

Interpret SAP agreements and product terms, translating them into actionable licensing rules and system configurations.

Data Analysis :

Extract and analyze usage data from SAP tables across various products to ensure accurate license tracking.

Indirect Usage Analysis :

Conduct detailed indirect usage analysis and recommend appropriate licensing models based on findings.

S / 4HANA Migration Licensing :

Understand S / 4HANA Bill of Materials and assess licensing impacts during ECC to S / 4HANA migrations.

Audit Preparation :

Lead or support annual SAP license audits, ensuring compliance and readiness.

Global Collaboration :

Collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones to support licensing processes.
