Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Gurugram. The role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, and communication challenges. Responsibilities include creating and executing therapy plans, providing one-on-one or group therapy sessions, and monitoring patient progress. The Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide effective and tailored therapy solutions and actively participate in improving clients’ communication outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy techniques and strong understanding of typical and atypical speech development
• Expertise in assessing and managing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
• Experience in handling and treating Dysphagia and related conditions
• Ability to tailor interventions to meet individual patient needs effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology as per regulations
• Prior experience in a related field is preferred but not mandatory
