Senior Record Quality Reviewer

Please Note - This is a 6-month contractual role

Job Overview :

To complete a review of service records ensuring information and documentation is completed as per requirements. Update Excel file noting Yes or No to compliance with the following areas :

Service orders are reviewed

Correct document revision

Serial numbers are recorded

Names, dates and signatures

Documentation of calibrated equipment

Required checklists are attached

Field Service engineer that completed the work is trained / certified

Performing the reviews requires accessing the following systems :

Excel

SAP

Power BI

Key Skills and attributes :

High level of attention to detail

Quality and accuracy focus

Able to think and act independently and have good rational decision-making ability

Can adapt to fluent situations / scenarios

Proficient in use of excel

SAP experience an advantage

Power BI experience and advantage

A background / experience in QA would be an advantage
