Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead with 12-15 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in .NET technologies, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps, and will play a key role in developing and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex enterprise-level applications using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and Entity Framework.
Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, including writing advanced T-SQL queries, stored procedures,

functions, views, and triggers.

Architect and implement Microservices, SOA-based solutions, and ASP.NET Web Forms applications.

Develop and consume SOAP-based Web Services and ensure integration across platforms.

Utilize expertise in multithreading, asynchronous programming, and Windows Services for robust and efficient application development.

Manage source control, build, and deployment processes using Azure DevOps.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and conduct code reviews.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems to improve performance and scalability.

Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and documentation.

Primary Skills & Qualifications :

12-15 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 10 years hands-on experience in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.

Strong expertise in Entity Framework (EF Core) and ORM technologies.

In-depth knowledge of MS SQL Server, including writing complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, functions, cursors, and working with database objects.

Experience in developing and managing Microservices architectures and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).

Proficient in ASP.NET Web Forms (Classic), SOAP Web Services, and ASP.NET Web API.

Skilled in Multithreading and Asynchronous programming for high-performance applications.

Experience working with Windows Services and background process implementations.

Familiarity with HTML5 and front-end basics.

Strong experience using Azure DevOps for CI / CD, version control, and project tracking.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Strong communication skills and experience leading technical teams
