Job Title : Asst Manager Business Development_LT

Job Function : Business Development and Sales Enablement

Base Location : Pune

Business Coverage : Pan India

Qualification : BE Mechanical Engineering / similar

Industry experience : Minimum 5 : 8 years

Role and Responsibility -

• Creation of Technology Domain expertise and new project seeding for sales enablement to facilitate revenue growth.
• Support the sales function with background analysis and data preparation about competition to gain higher market share
• Empower the sales team with Industry ready presentations for strong product argumentation and positioning.
• Focus will be on implementation and coordination of our overall growth program.
• To promote the portfolio of organization in line with the Group guidelines.
• Sales support function thorough Market Analysis and Competition Analysis
• Increase the sales revenue via Sales push based on ready to use argumentations based on various aspects to WIN the customer.
• Strong technical knowledge of laser welding, laser cutting, laser marking / cleaning, laser hardening, laser cladding applications is primary requirement of this position
• Alignment with TIN management to comply with thought process on long term basis.
• Act and behave in line with the guiding principles of TRUMPF Group.
